Why we are,

Who we are.

Our background — over twenty years’ experience supporting the highest-risk, government-level covert operations — directly shapes how we operate today. Legal compliance, rigorous risk assessment, mitigation and contingencies, and the professional capability of highly trained and experienced personnel form the foundation for safe, defensible outcomes.

We work in environments where decisions carry legal, financial, reputational and personal risk, and where informal, unaccountable delivery introduces and compounds risks within operations.

Our deployments are structured to meet criminal evidence standards, with close adherence to the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act, Article 8 of the Human Rights Act, the Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act and the Data Protection Act. This ensures continuity, integrity and evidential robustness in outputs that can be relied upon immediately by our clients and decision-making teams.

Alongside our litigation and corporate work, we provide highly specialist covert operational support to crisis management teams operating in time-critical, high-consequence environments. Through the application of government-grade tactics and methodologies — tailored to each stage of a crisis — we actively reduce operational, legal and reputational risk.

Our clients include in-house counsel, legal teams, professional services providers, insurers, crisis management consultancies and organisations managing sensitive, complex and high-risk operations. They work with us because we understand their exposure, their governance obligations and the consequences of unaccountable or unattributable operational support.

In brief, we exist to reduce risk — not create it — and to provide surveillance capability that withstands cross-examination and challenge.

We are deliberately small and specialist, allowing us to maintain professional standards, ensure continuity and retain direct oversight of every operation we deliver.

Recruitment.

We are always looking for suitably qualified and experienced surveillance professionals to join our team.

The entry point onto our conventional teams requires nationally recognised Government accreditation in conventional surveillance, advanced driver/motorcyclist qualification (with surveillance accreditation) and surveillance photography accreditation (including urban OP).

Surveillance operatives who possess additional covert accreditations / licences are eligible for deployment in those specific roles.

Please note, these qualifications are not achievable commercially.

If you can demonstrate a strong investigative or intelligence background with recent extensive dedicated surveillance team or technical surveillance unit experience, have been vetted to a minimum of Security Clearance in your previous role and are looking to migrate your skills to the private sector please contact us.
